Description: Extremely rare and hard to find opriginal Andy Warhol cover art 7" 45 rpm EP.  This was his 5th commissioned cover and one of his rarest as it was only released as an EP.

Conditions:

Jacket/Sleeve: NM- (fantastic front cover image that would look excellent in a frame, no seam splits or seam wear, there is name stamped in black ink on the upper left hand corner of the back cover which could very likely be removed by the proper method if desired, old price "1.49" written in what appear to be pencil on the upper left hand corner of the back cover which I have not attempted to erase, very light shelf wear to the back cover, no age or smoke discoloration)

Vinyl: VG+ (visually the vinyl is very clean and glossy and almost near mint but both sides play with light to moderate background noise on my turntable)
