This album is from my personal record collection.  I am not an expert at grades/ratings, so I hesitate to give it one in case I am wrong!  However, I took very good care of all of my records and will list each part & what I see:

Cover:  Looks great; very little wear at all; maybe just very slightly on the edges;  no splits, marks, discoloration, etc.  (Near mint???)

Inner Sleeve:  Looks great with no marks, discoloration, etc.  Only one problem:  a small approx. 2 inch split on one side :(

Vinyl:  Looks great!  I do not see any scratches when I hold it up in natural sunlight; looks very clean!  (Near mint???)

I have not had a record player in years, so I haven't heard it recently but it played great back in the day!
