We are offering this vinyl LP of The Rolling Stones album Exile On Main Street. The cover is in good condition considering its age with wear at the corners and a few tears around those same corners. The sleeve for record 1 is undamaged but the glue has dried up due to age so it is now loose. The sleeve for record 2 is still fully in force and is in excellent condition with real minor wear at one of the corners. The vinyl records are in very good condition with just very light scratching on either side of both discs. There are 12 postcards that go with the album--all 12are included and in very good shape.
Exile On Main Street was released on May, 12 1972 as a double LP. It initially received a lukewarm reaction by some critics but was an instant hit rising to #1. It is now considered by many among best albums of all time. It includes the top 40 hit songs “Tumbling Dice”, and “Happy” and is full of their characteristic dark blues rock.
You won’t find this Classic Rock masterpiece in any thrift store or garage sale. No way. We have it here at Emporium505 just waiting for its next listener.
