This is the album that basically established the genre of Punk/Garage, here in its original printing, well-preserved all the way from 1976. Sire Records 6020 is the ref number, and this is the original ref number of this behemoth that spawned such longevous tunes as 'Blitzkrieg Bop,' 'I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend,' and more. This album is very lightly used, if at all (truth is, it's probably new, but I can't be sure, so I put used just to be safe).
