Original 1991 pressing of Nirvana's debut single from genre-defining Nevermind LP.
This is a 12" picture disc single, presented in die cut black sleeve in a clear plastic wallet).
The picture disc artwork is the wave/water design from the sleeve of Nevermind with a central circular photograph of the band. The reverse is the blue water design with track details.

This highly collectable picture disc is in 100% mint condition (both vinyl and sleeve). It has been played fewer than 5 times in total (I always played the album) and cared for very well by a real music-lover.
