Sleeve and inner sleeve are very nice. See all pictures.
I am not a professional record grader. However, upon listening, it sounds great.
I would call it a VG+ sleeve, someone put their initials on it though.
The record is easily a VG++, maybe better, very light light surface scuffs from gentle use.
Very playable and displayable record.
