You are bidding on two (2) separate old 78 RPM records; one is a Vogue Picture Record the other a single sided recording on the RCA Victor label. Both records are 10” diameter.
-Vogue Picture Record. Side 1 is Sugar Blues by Clyde McCoy and his Orchestra with Clarence Williams & Lucy Fletcher. Picture shows Clyde McCoy playing his muted trumpet with the title “Sugar Blues” and notes sprinkled on a waving stave in mid record. The number R707 is assigned to this record. Side 2 is Basin Street Blues again by Clyde McCoy and his Orchestra this time with Spencer Williams. Picture is a takeoff of Basin Street showing a well dressed man on one sidewalk tipping his hat to a nicely dressed young lady on the other sidewalk. A Mississippi riverboat is in the back ground with a guitar player and some kids dancing in the street.
RCA Victor (red label) single side recording is by Alma Gluck with the Orpheus Quartet and it bears the number 64607. The “B” side is uncut, flat, and polished.
