Customs Duties and Taxes.

You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to duties, taxes, and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We offer 14 to 21 day air mail shipping (though this can often be a lot quicker) and a competitively priced DHL 3 day service - perfect for last minute gifts and must have purchases. For overseas customers with packages that exceed £25.00 in value, we may require you to pay for International Signed for delivery, at an additional cost of £4.90 before we ship. This is done to protect the interests of both you, the customer, as well as us, the seller.

Unwanted purchases must be returned within 14 Days of receipt.

All unwanted purchases must be unopened (where applicable) and unused for a full refund to be granted

All faulty items returned are tested and if we cannot verify the fault on our equipment we reserve the right to award a refund. Evidence of which can be obtained on request.

Items damaged in transit must be returned as an unwanted purchase (as above). A full refund will be awarded on receipt of the returned goods.
