This is a rare NM original pressing of the New-Wave/punk group Pylon's first album, 'Chomp.' I evaluated it as NM because it was sent out promotionally to a music reviewer in the 80s and has barely been played, if at all. This is an excellent album, part of the early "wave" of the 80s new wave that spawned so much fantastic music. Pylon has been called the U.S.A.'s answer to Gang of Four. They were contemporaries of the B-52s and R.E.M. in the heyday of the Athens, GA music scene. This record is a truly rare piece of history that also sounds fantastic.
