The Seller pulled all Lennon items from his record company office shortly after the untimely and tragic murder of John Lennon. This 12" Promo Single has been in storage ever since. This might be very rare because the Seller has seen only one other copy listed (none sold) on EBay and that copy has been withdrawn.
