This is a 1st pressing in demand mono copy of "Eric Is Here" by Eric Burdon & The Animals released in 1967 on MGM Records E-4433. I am the original owner of this record. It has been lightly played on a high end turntable and plays like brand new. The record does make typical sounds such as light clicks (heard mostly between songs) on vinyl records of the period related mostly to the inferior pressing methods used by some labels such as MGM in the Sixties. Visibly the record has some insignificant minor scuffs which is why I graded it Excellent (EX) instead of Near Mint (NM) but overall it is a great sounding record. The outer jacket is in Near Mint, like new condition and still in the original shrink. The shrink shows some wear (as shown in the pictures) but the jacket itself is Near Mint (NM or M-) with no splits or wear whatsoever. The original MGM inner sleeve is included and also in Near Mint, like new condition. This is a suitable for framing collectable LP.
I will pack the record outside of the jacket to protect jacket integrity and ship in a sturdy LP mailer with cardboard inserts for further protection.
