There is a 10 cm split along the bottom edge and a couple of similar sized splits along the top edge, see photos. Otherwise the sleeve is fine, no writing and reasonably clean.
The vinyl looks and plays great. It has a good shine, it has a few marks when viewed under a spot light. The sound is nice and clear throughout without any annoying background noise.
