Any other shipping options available upon request and at additional cost. My general handling time is 3 business days or less. Usually packages are sent within 1-2 business days, or even on Saturdays. A Delivery Confirmation tracking number will be emailed to you through Ebay messaging once it is entered into their system. I recycle any record mailers that I can, including cardboard, etc… I use great care when shipping and handling records. If this is the case, or if I have misrepresented the record and/or cover in any way, I will issue a full refund plus return shipping cost upon return of the record. IF/WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM, THE BUYER MUST INCLUDE DELIVERY OR SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. If, however, I cannot verify your claim, I will only refund the original cost and initial shipping charges, but not the return shipping. Also, the record and cover must be returned in the same condition as when it was received. If any type of damage, regardless of how small, occurs before the record is returned, there will be no refund of any kind. If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute  will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged You will be notified on the day that your goods have been shipped via e-mail  Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your user ID MINT - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. (mint items may have been played through only a few times, including now to ascertain condition for sale) EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The vinyl may have some hairline surface scuffs which will be only slightly visible.The cover and packaging might have minor wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, is acceptable. GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated. perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover suffers from folding, spine splits, discoloration, etc. FAIR-The record is still just playable but has not been cared for prop¬erly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced
