Dikembe "Mediumship" first pressing bundle. CD was limited to 300, Yellow Cassette/50, and yellow with red, green, and white starburst vinyl/250. All never played, and CD is still sealed. Gatefold jacket has a crease in the upper corner, as pictured. Back of jacket also has a crease in it.
