This is a beautiful copy of a single by Jody McCrea: : "Chicken Surfer" b/w "Looney Gooney Bird" (Canjo 106). Released in 1964. B side written by Jody McCrea. A side written by Hemric-Styner-Jay.
Jody McCrea is best known for his work in the movies and on television, particularly his role as "Dead Head" from the AIP Beach Party films, starring Annette Funicello and Frankie Avalon. This single for the Canjo label coincided with the release of Beach Party in 1964.
Vinyl is in VG+ condition. Small tear on the A side label. Otherwise, the labels are nice--no writing or stickers. Vinyl has high gloss, but some light scuffs. More so on the A side. The B side has fewer scuffs.
