REM - Radio Free Europe/Sitting Still 7" on Hib Tone from 1981. VG+ sleeve w/a five inch seam split and a light sticker tear on the front. EX vinyl w/some light surface marks that do not affect play.
NM (Near Mint) is the highest grade that I use for opened records. For lower grades (EX, VG+, VG, and G), I will also describe what disqualifies the record from being NM.
All records are shipped securely in plastic sleeves and professional mailers with fillers. Vinyl and inner sleeve are removed from the cover to prevent seam splits, unless the LP is still sealed.
