The jacket is very clean, but does have a tiny corner ding and a very minor crease on only the front at the top and left side toward the top.  This is so minor that it isn't present on both side.
Check the pictures to see the details and how clean the record is.

This has only been played a few times and was taken very good care of and comes from a smoke free home.
