I am the original purchaser - album has been stored on a bookshelf in a spare bedroom - not in basement or attic.
Record shows a few minor scratches/scuffing, outer sleeve shows signs of wear along edges and also ring wear. Inner sleeve is crinkled in one corner and along top edge.
