Tough sleeve to locate! The 45's are out there, either as a promo or a foreign release. This is the U.S.A. stock release of the 45 and the picture sleeve. The vinyl is near perfect! I know I played it several years ago but haven't seen it in years until now. Both sides have a beautiful gloss and shine with clean labels...no writing or stickers! Maybe a few microscopic sleeve webbing but you need to look hard! The sleeve is very nice with a strong gloss, one edge is thin but not completely worn through (recommended that you continue to store the 45 outside of the sleeve), slight outer record creasing but nothing overwhelming! The upper opening edge has some creasing, writing along the inner edge and a stocking sticker in the upper corner and ever so slight rips. Still, a very strong visual picture sleeve that has become scarce.
