Shipping: If you purchased an item on Friday, it may not be shipped out until Monday. Please be patient. I do all my shipping next day,  but I am exceptionally busy on the weekends. Also sometimes due to winter conditions (I live in the mountains), I do not have mail service. I have to deliver packages to the post office and that can prove to be difficult if the roads are not plowed. Again please be patient.
Packaging: I try and up cycle as much as possible. I will reuse boxes to ship items in, rather than buy new ones. Same with any other packing material. I will not however use dirty packing material or anything else that is unfit for shipping and handling. I do purchase bubble wrap and padded envelopes for packaging, however, if I can reuse good material, I will make the best of it.
Feedback: Feedback is very important to me and to other buyers and sellers on Ebay. Before leaving any negative feedback, please contact me and see if we can resolve the issue. I tend to leave feedback once a month (scheduled) for my buyers and items I personally purchase on Ebay. I do a lot of shopping on Ebay and know what it is like to be a buyer as well as a seller.
