Michael Jackson Thriller vinyl record in near mint condition, first press with only Quincy Jones given credit on the back cover. Subsequent pressings had both Quincy Jones and Michael Jackson credits on the back cover.

All of our records are carefully shipped with the following 5-step method:

1. Records are removed from the outer sleeve to prevent sleeve damage during shipping;

3. Records and outer sleeve(s) are then inserted in an outer plastic sleeve;

4. Records and sleeve are bubble wrapped;

5. Reinforced with cardboard to prevent bending or damage during shipping;

6. Packaged in a box specifically designed for shipping records. 

PLEASE SEE THE BELOW explanation for our grading scale to understand how we determine the condition of our Records. Most of our records are salvaged "barnyard" finds and in used condition. We take pride in the fact that we are giving these remarkable vintage records a new home and new life - therefore our grading scale follows accordingly. We will never list a vintage record as "MINT" or "NEW" condition - unless it is sealed. We will also never list a "Poor/D" graded album unless it is a rare collector's item. 

We use an A-D grading scale to ensure a clear and accurate account of each album’s condition. ALL OF OUR RECORDS ARE TESTED PRIOR TO ENSURE FULL PLAYABILITY. RECORDS GRADED A-C ARE TESTED AND PLAY ALL THE WAY THROUGH WITHOUT ANY SKIPPING. 

Cover/Sleeve Grading applies to OUTER SLEEVE ONLY.  If the original inner sleeve is included it will be shown in the photos. If an original inner paper sleeve wasn't included when we procured the album, a replacement white paper sleeve will be included. Please ask any additional questions regarding inner sleeve or album condition BEFORE purchase. 

GRADING SCALE:

"A" - EXCELLENT: Looks as if it was played a few times if ever. 0-5 very minor scuff marks or surface scratches are evident. Extremely minimal (barely noticeable) or no warping and background noise/pops are evident. 

"B" - VERY GOOD: Most of our records will fall in this category. Minor surface scratches and scuffs are evident and consistent with age of record. Some background noise and pops will be heard. Some minor to moderate warping is evident, but record plays entirely with no skipping. Substantially warped records that still play without skipping will be listed in "C" condition. If you have any specific questions on condition please ask BEFORE bidding or purchasing.  

 "C" - Record was tested and still plays all the way through. Some moderate to major signs of warping and surface scratches are evident, but no skipping. 

"D" - Record is either extremely warped and/or scratched and skips. ONLY VERY RARE OR COLLECTIBLE RECORDS WILL EVER BE LISTED IN THIS CATEGORY.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on used records. We will however, be extremely diligent in answering questions and providing additional photos so that potential buyers have a very clear understanding and expectation with regard to what they are purchasing.
