Unfortunately the last week (April 18, 2016) the Mexican postal service increased rates (www.sepomex.gob.mx). I can not change the cost of $ 4.00 through eBay, because we are registered as a seller in USA,  but we live in Mexico City, it is impossible that the cost is $ 4.00.

To USA the new cost of shipping for 1 Vinyl 10"or 12" is $ 12.00 USD (Through registered post with tracking number, trackable in USPS ). Please check in this same description (USA Buyers), the cost for more items in 1 package and the new cost for the REST OF THE WORLD. 

 

eBay only allows sellers living in USA, charge $ 4.00, so it appears that cost, but eBay asks clarify that we live in Mexico and to tell you the real costs ($12.00 USD). So, PLEASE DON'T SEND THE PAYMENT, UNTIL WE SEND THE INVOICE. We apologize for any inconvenience!.

SHIPPING TO ITALY: I prefer send through Priority express Post, because the packages takes many time to arrived. Also the italian postal service, change the original tracking number for other very different and many packages are stolen or missing for this postal service. If you live in Italy and want registered post, it's ok, i can send their tracking info, but it's under your own risk.
RETURNS, This are my rules:
1. I send all the packages like a gift and value for an low price, but i am not responsible if their postal service change some taxes. In that case you should ask the reason, because the package was sent as a gift and a low cost (always i sent for $10.00 or $20.00) 2. If the buyer returned the package, i will send a refund by the item(s) but not for the cost of shipping. The buyers paid the cost of return.
