It takes some gall for a band to name themselves after what's often regarded as the greatest TV of show of all time, but Twin Peaks are nothing if not a band laden with self-belief and chutzpah, as they've proved on their two albums thus far. The Chicago garage-rockers here deliver a third album every bit as exuberant and effervescent as their admirers have become accustomed to, with powerpop hooks vying with Stonesy swagger to cement their status as one of the most engaging and impossible to resist gang of young bucks to emerge from the US underground.
