legendary performance NATHAN MILSTEIN unaccompanied solo violin BACH partitas and sonatas. CAPITOL PCR-8370...condition noted, box w/ damage, taped seams...sleeves are worn, 3 gold and green TOP LOGO DISCS...considerable visible hairline marks, but entire 6 sides play extraordinarily well, excellent tracking and fidelity, a few intermittent passages with surface noise...exceptionally musical balance and tone is evident. only available as monaural recording, with its highly deserved reputation. not perfect example but an excellent reference.
