Sunny Day Real Estate - The Rising Tide 2XLP on Time Bomb.  Vinyl is NM, maybe NM-.  Sleeve is a VG+ on account of a few corner bumps that you can see in the photos.  So here is the history on this record.

Incidentally, if you are holding out for a reissue, given that this came out on some offshoot non-Sub Pop label, it will likely take them a generation to figure out the rights, so good luck with the waiting.

I've been into records for a while and have kept this guy bagged and stored properly since I bought it new in 2000.  I have also only used well maintained record players.  I think that I have maybe played this twice?  Maybe three times?  I was a big fan of LP2 and Diary, but for whatever reason this one just never stuck with me.  I know, I know, criminal, but to each their own right?

I saw SDRE in the Summer of 2000 at La Zona Rosa in Austin, TX.  I can't remember who's wife in SDRE was pregnant at the time, but she was running merch and the whole club went non-smoking for her.  I bought the LP then.  No Knife opened and slayed, as did SDRE, but as mentioned above, my heart has never fully been with this record.
