Sleeve is in VG+ condition with minor split at the top and bottom seam (about ⅓).
Record is VG+ with some visible scuffs that do affect play, mostly on the first track of each side. In other words, expect this record to NOT BE PERFECT BUT STILL IN A VERY GOOD CONDITION APPROPRIATE TO ITS AGE WITH MINIMAL WEAR. Still very glossy with minimal surface noise.
