PAYMENT: If payment is not received after one business day I will send an invoice.  Massachusetts residents will be charged the 6.25% sales tax rate. SHIPPING: I do not normally provide a packing slip. If you would like one, please mention it when completing checkout. Your item will ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment unless it is a freight item.  In an effort to reduce costs, we use recycled packing materials such as bubble wrap and boxes.  REFUNDS AND RETURNS: eBay's Buyer Protection Program lasts for 30 Days from the time of purchase.  If your item is accidentally damaged during shipment, picture proof will be asked before I issue you a refund. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days, eBay Seller Protection does not require me to provide a refund at that point.
