Please see an estimate delivery date above. All orders are despatched within 48 hours via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. Please note that although Royal Mail’s 1st Class Delivery service is usually very reliable, delays can occur that are outside of our control, especially at peak periods. Please bear this in mind before contacting us if you don’t receive your order immediately. We cannot claim for a lost item with Royal Mail until 10 working days after the due delivery date. If you are unfortunate enough to experience this, we will of course despatch a replacement order to you without delay.
