ITEM NOTES:  Rare promotional flexi disc pressing on translucent red plastic release from 1979 on Praxis Records. This was included with Praxis magazine only or available through mail via EG. This copy was sent to a record exec at Polydor in NYC and includes original envelope addressed to him as well. Flexi condition is in very good plus plus with a great shine. Sleeve is in very good plus plus condition. Hardly any wear to card or envelope.

SHIPPING NOTES:  All items shipped in LP mailer and padding with records taken out of sleeve to prevent splitting.
