The album still sounds good by any standards.  I archived this LP onto tape when it was new.  Jacket has been kept in a vinyl sleeve; has little evidence of handling.

These records come from my home collection and most have sat on the shelf untouched for literally decades.  They are generally very clean and have been played on high-end equipment.  Many LP's were archived onto tape for my use when they were new.
I am not a pro collector/dealer, I'm a music electronics tech.  I'll give you the most accurate info that I have, mainly on sound quality as that's what I'm equipped to do. 
I listen to albums & use an oscilloscope to verify quality.   Send any questions about a particular album:  I keep the scans/details/fotos on file.  I try to give you good oversize fotos to show quality and flaws.  (There is no good reason for sellers not to provide large, clear fotos.)

All records - even new - have unwanted marks and sounds by way of manufacturing and packaging. If this bothers you, buy CD's and enjoy albums for the macroscopic artwork & lyrics. 

I use good packaging and recycle when possible. Shipping choices provide for security and slightly faster delivery. Occasionally, Media Mail is slow, especially around holidays.  You are managing your own shipping risk, so consider insurance.   All shipping services are supplied at a real discount from us.  Shipping Discounts may apply to combined purchases of my other eBay listings.  If needed, please request an invoice or special service before paying.
