HERE is a nice UK copy of Hawkwind's brilliant In Search Of Space album on United Artists from 1971 ... with an unusually well preserved fold-out sleeve. Over 40 years on, the fold-out flaps of this iconic Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve are generally found tatty and dog-eared but here these striking jagged edges are virtually as razor sharp as the day they were cut; it would also appear that the tuck-in tab and its slot have never embraced. This fold-out gimmick sleeve grades a strong VG with little light creases along the edges, some edge/corner wear and some small indentations on the rear panel. The rare Hawkwind Log is present and shows signs of light use while the disc, also a strong VG with one light hairline, otherwise looks to have enjoyed very little play.
