I'm not very used to grading records so what you read is probably underestimated...
The vinyl is in VG+ condition (beautiful high gloss)!! Gatefold jacket is in VG+ shape, bright & clean, displays nicely.... has a few light scratch marks on front cover... that's about the only negative I see other than maybe a couple Corner bumps...you'll love it....
Has barcode, no seam splits, no cut-out markings.... a very nice addition of Pink Floyd Animals
