 Vinyl is in mint condition and the album jacket I'm calling mint– because it has two creases which you can see in the photographs.Music On Vinyl uses a resealable bag rather than shrink wrap and there's a small tear in the flap.  

                     THE ALBUM IS NEW condition.To the best of my knowledge the ALBUM IS UNPLAYED!!

         I purchased this album as new recently and open it for inspection because of the crease in the album jacket.
