ITEM NOTES: Very rare original never played and only opened to check wax color (black and gold a/b) limited edition EP release on Hydra Head records. Vinyl condition is in  MINT condition as vinyl has never been played. Plastic sealable sleeve is in NM condition with  minor wear.
