Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted.

Grading is based on visual inspection.

Album ships in a 2 MIL poly cover sleeve.

I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.

New and vintage vinyl is hard to grade strictly using eBay’s system because the record and the cover are two different components. Therefore, I call a record new and mint if it is opened but has never been played.  I use the grading category to describe the cover condition.

This copy has never been played. However, there appears to be cosmetic blemish on Side 2. It doesn't look like it should affect play. My guess is it happened at the pressing plant when it was collated. It is a First Pressing from 1979. Note the unique custom labels on each side. Etched in the Side 1 dead wax is: "Never let Your Monster Lay Down". On Side 2 it is: "From The Polack Who Sailed North". The single piece board gatefold cover has tight seams, a stiff spine and the black uncoated cover shows  slight storage wear. The  rough drill hole lower front left indicates this was a from-stock, in-house Promo. The semi-glossy inner sleeve has credits and a photo of produced Bill Szymczyk. This is a one-owner that the Seller got new from Asylum in 1979. It has been in storage for 38 years.
