Vinyl grade = VG.  Exterior of jacket shows minor fading and has a stamp "the devil made me do it".

Very Good   records in this grade were well loved and well played but not abused. Will have more obvious marks, scratches. possibly light surface noise on the quiet tracks.

Very Good-  records in this grade will have many marks, scratches,  Will likely have background noise.

Good    these records will definitely show wear and tear. Plays well enough for "toe tapping or sing along" quality with out skips.  Background noise will be evident.I will not sell anything I would not play on my own record player. 

SLEEVE GRADE:

Mint (MT): The sleeve is in brand new or like new condition.
Near Mint (NM): The sleeve has very little surface wear on front, back or edges. The sleeve may still have the original cellophane wrapper.
Excellent (EX): The sleeve shows some signs of wear on the edges, but the front and back has no ring wear or other signs of wear.
Very Good (VG): The sleeve shows some signs of wear on the face, obverse and or edges, may have a cut out, or other small imperfections.
Good (G): The sleeve has moderate deterioration and shelf wear but has no tears or split seams.
Fair (F): The sleeve has considerable shelf wear or may have a split seam at top or bottom. The sleeve may have been repaired with tape.
Poor (P): The sleeve has multiple issues including one or more split seams, may have large tears in the sleeve, or may be missing portions of the sleeve.
