All products fully Guaranteed 100% under the following conditions: Notification of any pre-played Video Games, DVD's, Music CD's, Video Game Systems, or any other products we sell that are defective must be received within 7 days of delivery. Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery in the same condition as sent. Other non-defective returns must be received within 30 days in the same condition as sent. For New/Factory Sealed items, they must be returned in the same condition it was sent as New, never opened, never used. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility. We subtract our packaging & shipping cost and a restocking fee of 15%. All new electronics warranty issues must be directed to the Manufacturer first. Return Authorization required prior to shipping any item back. We reserve the right to refuse any Video Game, DVD, Music CD's, Video Game Systems or any other product we sell not returned in 30 days from date of purchase.

For a warranty return, the product must be defective or damaged during shipping. Any brand new items must have the original box and packaging. Collectible factory sealed items (out of print, no longer made) must remain factory sealed to qualify for a return.
If the item is defective or damaged, send it back! We'll test it out and once we confirm the defect, we'll refund both your shipping and total purchase cost! Or, if we have the stock, we'll replace your product (if you prefer). If it turns out that it isn't defective, you'll have to cover the return shipping.
