Sealed but wrap is very loose, which probably is good because cellophane can cause Record warpage over time.
I never grade a record at mint, not even a sealed copy. Being sealed I would assume vinyl grade to be at best NM and at worst NM-

I offer free shipping and in doing so, I will recycle a used LP mailer and reinforce with cardboard inserts. There may be signs of previous shipping labels peeled off mailer which I do not use. Thank you for looking.
