You are buying a new, sealed copy of Tides of Man's (Tillian Pearson from Dance Gavin Dance's side project, first band) "Dreamhouse" on Hot Topic Exclusive Blue Vinyl /900. I would estimate the still sealed in shrink jacket as NM+, but I am no record grader, so be cool. The record is obviously still mint.
