Item is new and unopened. It was purchased from an Urban Outfitters, and is currently sold out and out of print. This is a very Near Mint looking copy, except for one tiny ding at jacket opening from the bin at UO (refer to the 6th photo. It's the tiny little mark, not the overlapping of the shrinkwrap part).
