RARE OPPORTUNITY TO OWN THIS UBER RARE RECORD BY THE FAB SCOUSE FOUR....THE BEETLES!

1965 1st press. Rare EJ Day flip side sleeve. MONO Loud cut 1 matrix.

FRONT COVER GOOD - intact minor crease marks.

REAR COVER. EJ DAY PRINT IN VERY GOOD CONDITION - no marks or stains - age related patina.

Original inner sleeve.

vinyl looks new - very good indeed.

I’m no expert but I’d say this has had minimal play and been cherished by someone as a future heirloom. Especially as it’s 52 years old 😳😳

See pics for further descriptor.

Starting bid of just £25 to get this going but get in touch if you have a figure in mind as I’m open to reasonable offers.

Thanks for looking in.

5 day auction to ensure Xmas delivery.

NOTE:

I mistakenly quoted the printer as EJ DAY. It is in fact Garrod & Lofthouse of London. However, from info gleaned from the Yoko Ono reference guides, this does not lessen its value. Indeed the note below adds weight to its increased desirability, perhaps!

INTERESTINGLY - The jacket of Lennon at the corner of the right side shoulder still has a loose thread clearly visible. UK sales of the record almost always had an image whereby this was airbrushed out prior to final print by Garrod & Lofthouse. This early run of pressings / prints, did not, and this adds to its desirability as a scarce oddity. Later runs ALMOST HALF ALWAYS had the thread ‘removed’ for UK sales.
