You are buying a NM+, opened, only played once copy of The Dear Hunter “Act IV” on 2 LP CLEAR W/Red Haze Vinyl. Only minor (less than 2 cm) scuffing in the bottom corners of the jacket.
All of my record condition "grades" are based on visual and auditory inspection from an over 25 year vinyl collector in a smoke & pet-free home, but are not professional grades, so be cool..
