This is yet another rare one.   
This is the original issue on P.I.P. in   VG+   /   VG+     Condition.
Vinyl. High gloss. There are some slight marks from storage on it, but it is really clean with minimal signs of handing. It playgrades at (VG+ ) on my PL-L1000. Labels are clean and without marks.  
Sleeve is about as clean as you ever see on this title.   There's a bit of light staining on the top right corner from handling / storage.  But, overall it's still clean, crisp and (mostly) white.  There is the ever present 1 1/4" Embossed Name Sticker in the upper right hand corner and a small corner bump on the bottom right.

All my LPs are VPI Cleaned on an MW1 Cyclone with L'Art du Son and given a Distilled Water Rinse before being re-sleeved in an MFSL (or similar New) Inner.
