The Shark Hop by Space* -- Demo/Promo, Star Records, 1976.  Same song, but different versions on either side, no duration listed for either version on labels but is about 6:15. Beautiful condition, no scratches.  

*This band does not sound anything like the French synth band who hit with Magic Fly in 1978, as the group on this record has a big horns section and the drum breakdown sounds too different to be the French band imho-- nor does it sound like the UK band "Space" who came a decade or so later. 

I can't find another physical copy of this record owned or sold online anywhere, nor any other info, except that this song showed up in one DJ's setlist of a deep cut funk podcast 10 years ago.
