Signatures are contemporary for the release and the entire Cause of Death line-up is present:

Signatures are rare on this for 2 reasons: It is signed by James Murphy (previously of the band Death) while he was the lead guitarist, Cause Of Death was his first and only album with Obituary. It is also signed by long time Obituary bassist Frank Watkins who is now sadly deceased, this was also Frank's 1st album with the band.
Record is in Very Good+ to Excellent condition only minor cosmetic wear, plays very well Inner sleeve is in Excellent condition with only the usual minor wear  Outer Sleeve is in Very Good+ to Excellent Condition with usual minor wear and tear (see photos for most significant damage)
