This gem of an LP offering is by the classic rock band REO Speedwagon.  It is entitle, "Live Again" and consists of six songs, recorded at Sound City and possibly in conjunction with old L.A. Radio station KWST (105.9).

Side One:
Son Of A Poor Man (I Believe) Our Time Is Gonna Come Flying Turkey Trot Keep Pushin' On
Side Two:
Ridin' The Storm Out Piano Interlude> 157 Riverside Avenue
The cover is is graded G+, there is some ring wear, corner and edge wear.  The record was cleaned on a Loricraft Audio Professional Record Cleaner and play graded. The assigned grade is VG+.  The only surface noise we heard was on the run in groove of Side One.  A nice example of this very rare record.
The record ships in the original plain white paper inner sleeve, the outer sleeve is gold stamped promotional on the back of the jacket upper left corner.  The record is a white label promo, please see the pictures.  A polyvinyl outer sleeve was added for extra protection.
