Monday-Friday 9 A.M to 5 P.M. We attempt to answer questions around the clock even on weekends! Be advised some questions require us to have product in hand and will have to wait to be answered the following morning.

 

Payment:

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through PayPal. Payment must be made within 3 days after the end of sale.

 

Condition:

Our items may have open packaging. They will be inspected and tested and may be missing original packaging and/or original boxes. If the item retains original packaging, the packaging may be distressed, torn, or show other forms of cosmetic damage.

 

Shipping:

Fast and Free Shipping always! After payment is received the item will be processed and packaged. If order is made before 1 P.M the order ships out same day!  We currently only ship within the continental United States.

 

Return /Refund:

Quality and satisfaction guaranteed. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will make it right. Returns accepted on damaged/not working items only. Please read the item description closely and view all the pictures we provide. Returned item must be received in original condition with all parts included.
