Rare late 1976 release on eastern Canadian label Solar Records; Bucky Adams and Basin Street - "At Privateer's Warehouse", this is a rare East coast fusion of Jazz, Funk & Soul that you're not likely to stumble across too many times.
Sleeve is a strong EX with mild discoloration.
Media is NM, as are both labels.
