This is a White Label Test Pressing of the seminal 1983 U2 Live LP (IMA3) which was issued on the Island label in 1983 (see photos).

Record - the vinyl is in near mint condition with very few signs of having been played. It still retains its original vibrant sheen and plays powerfully on the louder numbers. There are no crackles, pops or hiss aside from slight pops at the end of Party Girl on side 1 due to a pressing flaw.

The matrix on side 1 is IMA3A-3U-1-1 ('Graeme').
The matrix on side 2 is IMA3B-1U-1-C IMA3B ('Precision')

The white labels are in excellent condition (see photos) with no spindle or spider marks.

The outer sleeve is the standard first pressing and is in excellent condition with some slight spine creasing and corner wear. The inner sleeve is the standard black issue and is in excellent condition.

The record has been test played on a Project Mark 2 record player using an Ortofon stylus.

This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a classic U2 live LP in its original test pressing white label state.

Starting with a low opening price. Happy bidding.
