Your copy has some manufacturer-created corner edge shelf wear, due to shrink wrap compression on the tightened 3 LP Gatefold (see photographs for detail, creasing never measured more than 2 inches). Only 2,000 copies of this record were ever produced worldwide!
All of my record condition "grades" are based on visual and auditory inspection from an over 25 year vinyl collector in a smoke & pet-free home, but are not professional grades, so be cool..
